Employee Falls from a Step-Ladder Injuring Her Knee

On August 26, 2008, Employee #1 was standing on a two-step stool updating a bulletin board. As she was stepping down, backwards, her left foot was caught and she fell backwards. She landed on her back, injuring her left knee.
