Employee's hip fractured in fall onto moving pallet

On March 31, 1998, Employee #1 turned away from an equipment locker and stepped in front of a empty, plywood covered pallet that a forklift was pushing to replace with a full pallet of empty baskets. Her feet were knocked out from under her and she fell on the pallet, fracturing her right hip. Employee #1 worked on the peach repack line for a company that processes fruit.
