Employees finger amputated in fogger machine

Employee #1, standing on a ladder, was using a fogger to fog an attic and the fogger tipped as he set it in place. He reached up to keep the fogger from falling and in doing so he contacted the side of the fogger where the fan is located. His finger went through the plastic guard on the fan and his right ringer was amputated down to the first knuckle. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
