On July 24, 1999, Employee #1 was walking between a unit of lumber and a paper wrap machine. While walking between the unit of lumber and the paper wrap machine the unit of lumber moved pinning Employee #1 against the metal frame of the wrapping machine. The right leg of Employee #1 was broken.
