Employee injured back

Employee #1 was unsure when his injury occurred, but stated that he felt a sharp pain in his back while cutting a plate of steel. Employee #1 continued to work for the balance of the day. Over the weekend Employee #1's back pain became so severe that he was unable to move. Employee #1 went to the hospital for treatment. Employee #1's treatment lasted for several weeks and led to back surgery.
