Investigation Summary
On November 17, 2005, Employee #1 was cutting truss webs using a Metra saw, he was holding a 2x4 with his right hand, while pulling the Metra saw with his left hand. The saw pulled into Employee #1's right hand injuring his fingers. He was taken to Sutter North Medical Center. Employee #1 suffered partial amputation of his small finger and lacerations on his fourth finger. The employee was in the Medical Center for 24 hours and released.
