EMPLOYEE INJURED WHEN MACHINE AMPUTATES FINGERS

Employee #1 was attempting to clear a jam in the flat pasta slitter machine when her fingers made contact with a rotating cutter knife. Four of Employee #1's fingers were amputated. All but her index finger were surgically reattached at the hospital.
