Investigation Summary
Employee #1 was assisting in a product change on the roofing membrane press machine. He was pushing the polyglass between two rollers when one of them caught his glove. His left hand was pulled into the rollers and sustained crushing injuries, for which he was hospitalized. Employee #1 did not lift the roller high enough and did not fully slow down the machine because he was in a hurry.
