Employee struck by car

At approximately 2:30 p.m. on March 31, 2001, Employee #1, a 45-year-old supervisor at a car wash, was struck by a car and caught in between the front bumper of the car and the rear bumper of a parked truck while he was directing the car into position. He sustained contusion of the left thigh and an open fracture of the right leg. He was hospitalized and underwent surgery.
