Employee fell from platform

On December 6, 2000, a Warehouseman sustained head injuries when he jumped off the platform of a scissor lift and landed on a piece of lumber that flipped over and hit his head while he was trying to pull out carton packages from on top of a pile. He was removed and taken to the county hospital for his injuries.
