Employee injures head in fall through storage shelving

At approximately 3:15 p.m. on July 17, 2000, Employee #1, a foreman, was installing pallet racks in a warehouse when he fell through some storage rack shelving and suffered serious head injuries. He was transported by ambulance to Eden Medical Center, where he was treated for 17 days before being released.
