Employee injured in fall from trellis

At approximately 12:15 p.m. on February 16, 2000, Employee #1, a journeyman carpenter engaged in siding for Etter & Son Construction, was at a height of approximately 9 ft, leveling a trellis. He slipped and fell, fracturing his right leg, left wrist, and the middle finger on his left hand. Employee #1 was transported to Eden Hospital for treatment.
