Electric Shock - Direct Contact with Energized Conductor

Employee #1 was a temporary employee working in a warehouse or stockroom, replacing lamps and ballasts and, in the process, cutting electrical wiring energized at 277 volts. He was standing on a 1.8-meter ladder, working on a fluorescent fixture, when he received an electric shock. He sustained a head concussion as a result of either a fall or some other reaction.
