Employee Injured When Load Fell on Arm

Employee #1 was welding a stainless steel wine tank. The tank was suspended from a hoist with Employee #1 crawling under the load. The load dropped onto Employee #1's arm, resulting in severe lacerations to his arm. Employee #1 was hospitalized for his injuries.
