Employee Fractures Wrist As Box Falls While Unloading Tools

Employee #1, a carpenter, fractured his wrist as a box fell while unloading tools at a construction site of a three story hotel. He was apparently unloading tools onto the third floor. The third floor was 31 feet above ground level. The box was elevated on a fork lift. The box measured 13 feet long and 4 feet deep and was made by his employer. However, the box was not secured to the forks or the mast and fell. Employee #1 went to a local hospital for treatment.
