Employee's hand injured when caught in forklift mast

Employee #1, the co-owner and general manager of a company that manufactured plastic photo envelopes, was using a forklift to raise some materials. He reached through the mast as it was rising, catching his hand in the pinch point. Employee #1 suffered soft tissue damage, but was not hospitalized.
