Employee's hand lacerated by miter saw

Employee #1 was using a DeWalt compound miter saw with a 12 in. blade to cut fence channel stock at a 45 degree angle. The saw fell, lacerating the back of his right hand. The saw was in normal operating condition and no cause for the accident was determined.
