Employee injured in fall from roof

Employee #1 was reroofing a single-family home. He was working near the center of the 5-in-12 pitched roof when he slipped on the roof sheathing and slid off the edge of the roof. Employee #1 fell approximately 10 ft to the ground, suffering a fractured pelvis. The roof was damp, which resulted in Employee #1 slipping on its surface.
