EMPLOYEE INJURED IN FALL FROM LADDER

Employee #1 was standing on a 6-foot fiberglass ladder installing a soffit at the front porch of a residential wooden two-story building under construction at Lot 3. The ladder tilted, causing Employee #1 to fall backward off of the ladder onto the cement surface on which the ladder was standing.
