Employee injured in fall from scaffold

At approximately 9:00 a.m. on October 25, 2007, Employee #1, a laborer, was working at a concrete parking lot structure in Sunnyvale, CA. He was working from a scaffold when he fell between 9 and 11 ft. Employee #1 suffered injuries to his head, neck, and bilateral extremeities, and he fractured both wrists. He was transported to US Health Works, where he was treated and released four hours later.
