Employee injured when fell from a scaffold

Employee #1 was working with a coworker taping and patching walls. He was working on an 8-ft scaffold. The coworker replied, "Just a minute", and before he could turn to move the scaffold, he heard Employee #1's scream. Employee #1 had tried to scoot the scaffold by himself, but the brakes may have been locked and the scaffold tipped and he fell to the floor. He injured his wrist and was hospitalized.
