Employee Is Injured after Jumping from Tractor

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on May 17, 2007, Employee #1 was removing a diving board from a swimming pool structure using a New Holland tractor, Model Number TC33D. The accelerator started to stick, and he panicked and jumped from the tractor. He fell 10 ft to the bottom of the empty pool, receiving a concussion and several broken ribs. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
