Employee Falls from Scaffold Hits Head and Dies

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on October 23, 2006, Employee #1 fell approximately 7 to 8 ft from a scaffold he was dismantling. He fell forward striking the front of his head on the ground. Employee #1 was transported to a hospital with a massive skull injury. He was later airlifted to another hospital were he died.
