Employees arm run over by rolling aircraft

At approximately 3:30 p.m. on September 22, 2000, Employee #1 was about to chock the wheels of a parked aircraft when it began to roll down a slight incline after a sudden failure of its brakes. Employee #1 ran after the moving aircraft and threw the chock in front of the wheels. The aircraft jumped over the chocks and kept moving. He tried again to place the chock in front of the wheels and fell between the quadruple tires and was run over. He was hospitalized with abrasions, bruises, and contusions to his arm.
