Employee injured in fall from conveyor belt

Employee #1 was told to clear the conveyor belt along with the other employees working in this area. The operator started the conveyor belt and noticed that Employee #1 had got back on it. He stopped it right away but Employee #1 had already fallen off the belt. Employee #1 sustained a sprain from the fall.
