Investigation Summary
At approximately 10:00 a.m. on February 22, 1999, Employee #1 suffered lacerations after being struck by a vehicle. He was working with a crew of employees, preparing to apply new striping to an existing roadway at night. As the crew was setting safety cones in place, an automobile struck a trailer.
