Employee Suffers Amputation Left Index Finger

At approximately 12:30 p.m. on February 25, 1999, Employee #1 was cutting meat on a band saw. Employee #1 was not wearing hand protection and his finger contacted the running blade. Employee #1 suffered the amputation of his left index finger and was hospitalized for treatment.
