Employee injured when fingers amputated by saw

Employee #1 was cutting plywood with a Skilsaw. During the cut he moved to reposition himself and the saw kicked back out of the cut. With his other hand, he grabbed the plywood and the saw come back across the wood and amputated two fingers and part of another. Employee #1 was hospitalized.
