Employee's leg lacerated when struck against floor grinder

Employee #1 was using a Milwaukee right-angle grinder to prepare a floor for a new surface at a lumber treatment plant. He was kneeling on the floor when his right leg contacted the grinder. Employee #1 suffered a 2 in. deep by 9 in. long laceration on his right leg.
