Summary Nr: 201023983Event: 02/09/2012Employee'S Pelvis Is Fractured In Fall
On February 9, 2012, Employee #1, a banquet supervisor employed by a resort and spa facility, was walking across the parking lot. She turned her ankle and fell at ground level. As a result of the fall, she sustained a hairline fracture to her pelvic bone, and she was hospitalized. The employer reported the accident to the Santa Rosa DOSH (Division of Occupational Safety and Health) District Office on February 14, 2012.
