Investigation Summary
At approximately 3:30 p.m. on December 15, 2008, Employee #1 was performing carpentry work for a framing contractor on the exterior of a new school building under construction. He was descending from the roof when he slipped and fell approximately 10 feet to the ground. He suffered a fractured right leg that required hospitalization.
