On November 6, 2008 at 3:30 pm, Employee #1 at the California Prison System, operating a conservation camp where inmate was working in a cabinet shop. Employee #1was pushing a 1 inch by 12 inches by 3 inches long piece of wood through a jointer (Delta DJ-20, ser93F1Z501, cat52671), when his left hand slipped, causing the injury to his left "pinky" finger.
