Employee Is Pinned Between Dock and Trailer, Injures Leg

At approximately 5:46 p.m. on January 24, 2011, Employee #1 was unloading gaylord boxes from a 28-ft trailer with a forklift. The trailer suddenly tipped forward with the rear end up. He stepped out of the tilted trailer and tried to right it by stepping back in through the rear end. The trailer's rear came down suddenly and pinned his right leg between the trailer and the dock. He sustained leg fractures just above the ankle. Employee #1 was transported to a medical center, where he was hospitalized.
