Employee killed when crushed by press ram

Employee #1 was working on a press when he moved over to a second press to make an adjustment while the ram was down. He was up inside the press, near the gears, when a coworker noticed that the ram was down and actuated the press. The ram retracted, crushing Employee #1. He was killed.
