Employee killed in fall from sloped roof onto concrete pad

At approximately 9:47 a.m. on September 6, 1996, Employee #1 was on a roof when he was struck below the waist by a large limb that had broken loose and slid across the sloped roof. He was knocked off the roof and fell 16 ft 6 in. onto an concrete pad that extended out from the house. Employee #1 died of head injuries sustained in the fall.
