At 11:15 p.m. on July 31, 2017, Employee #1 and #2 were attempting to investigate and service a mill alarm. There was an uncapped natural gas line that was leaking in the area and ignited with conductors in an electrical junction box. Both employees received dermal burns requiring inpatient hospitalization.
