Employee killed between industrial truck and trailer

Employee #1 was a yardman material handler for Grand River Infrastructure, Inc. in Wyoming, MI. On January 19, 1996, he was walking along the loading side of a flatbed trailer preparing chocks and chains to secure sections of concrete pipe being loaded. He was struck by a fork truck that was loading the concrete pipe and crushed against the trailer. He was killed.
