Summary Nr: 99981.015Event: 07/20/2017Employee Drowns In Swimming Pool
At 4:45 p.m. on July 20, 2017, an employee was working as a lifeguard at a swimming pool. The employee clocked in for work at approximately 11:30 am. The employee was working alone. Witnesses saw the employee jump into the pool but never surface. Based on the Post Mortem Examination report, the employee died from drowning due to primarily natural causes.
