Investigation Summary
At 9:30 a.m. on July 1, 2017, an employee was working in the Eryngii area conducting washroom operations using a pressure washer and ladder, while cleaning off spores from the cooling unit near the exhaust fan. The employee was standing on the third rung of a 12 foot Werner ladder and fell from it. The employee suffered a fractured left hand and sustained several fracture on the left side of his face. The employee was hospitalized.
