Employee injures fingers in potato scrubber

On April 12, 1995, Employee #1, of Ore-Ida, Inc., reached into a potato scrubber to dislodge several potatoes. Six horizontally mounted rolls of bristles were mounted in the scrubber tank and her hand became caught between two of the rolls. She was hospitalized with cuts and lacerations to her fingers.
