Employee injured in fall from balcony

Employee #1 was assembling fruit totes on a balcony 12 ft 6 in. above a concrete floor. He apparently opened a gate to retrieve the tote with a forklift and fell to the concrete. Employee #1 was taken to the hospital, where he laid in a coma for three days and was eventually released. There were no witnesses to the fall.
