At 3:30 a.m. on July 4, 2017, an employee was clearing a plastic strip from the plastic lid forming mold wheel. The employee caught his left arm between the mold wheel and the plastic sheet lay down roller, crushing the employee's forearm. The employee was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
