At 1:30 p.m. on July 6, 2017, an employee was climbing a ladder on the side of s ome scaffolding to install several panels to the first floor of the scaffold. T he employee's hands slipped when he was approximately 20 feet high and the emplo yee fell to the ground. The employee suffered fractures to both legs and was ho spitalized.
