Employee's abdomen injured by flying object

Employee #1 was pressure testing an aircraft landing gear piston sleeve with nitrogen at 1,500 psi. The sleeve was in a tub of water with the ends capped by a testing tool. While under pressure, one end of the tool blew off, causing the sleeve to fly out of the tub and strike Employee #1 in the abdomen. He was hospitalized.
