Employee's hand injured when pulled into printing press
At approximately 3:15 p.m. on April 29, 1994, Employee #1 was cleaning a printing press machine while it was running. His hand was inadvertently pulled into the printing press rollers. The guarding over the rollers was not in place at the time of the accident.
