EMPLOYEE FELL FROM COOLING TOWER

An employee was preparing to enter an access hatch on a cooling tower. He lost his footing, fell into a fan shroud, and then fell about 15.2 meters, striking structural bracing. He landed in water that was below the cooling tower and was hospitalized with head and body injuries.
