Event: 08/11/1993
Employee dies after fall from back of truck

At approximately 4:20 p.m. on August 11, 1993, Employee #1 was riding in the back of a Ford Econoline delivery truck. He and the driver were delivering food. There was an unsecured 125 lb food cart in the back and the tailgate was down. As the driver proceeded to turn left from a stop sign he heard a crash. He looked back and saw the food cart and Employee #1 on the pavement. Employee #1 later died of a skull fracture.
