AN EMPLOYEE WAS CLIMBING ONTO A COMPANY TRUCK TO ATTACH A LOAD ON THE TRUCK TO THE LOAD LINE OF A HYDRAULIC TRUCK CRANE. THE LOAD LINE CONTACTED A 7200-VOLT OVERHEAD POWER LINE, AND THE EMPLOYEE WAS ELECTROCUTED.
