Employee Die from Head Injury in Fall from Roof

On March 24, 2006, Employee #1, the owner, was working on the roof installing roof insulations and metal roofs sheeting onto the roof purlins. He and two workers were in the process of installing the third roll of the roofing insulation, when Employee #1 fell from the purlin. He fell 28 ft and landed on the concrete floor. Employee #1 sustained massive head trauma and died.
