At 10:00 a.m. on May 15, 2017, a security officer was out on routine patrol at a downtown business parking structure in Bloomington, IL. The employee was found unresponsive on the first level of the parking garage by two coworkers walking to their cars. The employee died as a result of head injuries sustained in a fall.
